Return Policy On Be YOUniquely You Signature Apparel, Gifts & Jewelry
Our Be YOUniquely You Signature Apparel, Gifts and Jewelry are custom made or printed at the time of purchase. Please not that there are no refunds issued on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.
Return Policy On Regularly Marked Items
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. The item must be returned new, never washed or worn, with tags and in the original packaging to receive a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48-72 hours.
All return shipping charges must be pre-paid, and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded.
We will reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error by Be YOUniquely You occurred when fulfilling your order. Tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
If the item is a gift and shipped directly to the receiver, the receiver will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.
- Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging.
- Circle the items you are returning (see other side packing slip). Select a reason code from the list (on the return form) and write it next to the item being returned (see packing slip).
- If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size on packing slip next to the product(s) being returned. Please contact us for any other type(s) of exchange(s).
- Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Post Office is recommended. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or in error, we ask that you please contact our customer service department immediately at (888) 342-8853 or (912) 695-3710 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive different shipping instructions.
For apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wear and wash. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Be YOUniquely You cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition, but were later damaged while in use.
We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:
- Any personalized, engraved or custom designed item
- Gift Cards
- Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.
